Being a Knight means being a part of something bigger than yourself. Knights strive to consistently improve and have the willingness to challenge the status quo. As seasoned student leaders, our desire to humbly serve the student body is far deeper than holding a title. Having such an opportunity will become a point of leverage for our existing commitment to bettering the communities of students that deeply need to be recognized and respected.

With eight combined years of experience in higher education, we have been able to become part of a lively and diverse culture of talented students. We know that our university is focused on fostering growth to enhance the learning capabilities and advancement of all of its students. We have an unwavering love and respect for our campus, but we recognize that enacting good and positive change can only come about when offering ways to improve existing systems that may be flawed. Change comes about by presenting bold and innovative ideas to improve the place that so many Knights call home.

By having the chance to run for President and Vice President, we yearn to leave our campus behind far better than we met it, hoping to create sustainable, meaningful, and impactful change to benefit our current and future student body. We are grateful to our family, friends, and the greater community that has stood committed to our vision for enhancing the collegiate experience for every single student.

LET'S GET TO WORK

There is too much at stake and too much good to be done to waste time. It is the exact reason Zak & Kristina have been intentional in the formation of the platform upon its delivery to the student body.

We have been very meticulous in identifying eight core areas that we feel passionately about: Community, Safety, Academics, Diversity, Sustainability, Health, Advocacy, and Governmental Affairs. No one of these core areas can be left behind or disregarded. It is going to take familiarity and knowledge to address all eight, which is exactly why the Zak & Kristina administration will have the capability to see them all to their fruition.

We invite you to take a look at the platform we have developed, not because of what we think the student body wants, but because of what the student body has expressed is needed.
